Bhagavad Darshanam is the monthly Malayalam edition of Back to Godhead (BTG) magazine founded in the year 1944 by His Divine Grace A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, or ISKCON.

Bhagavad Darshanam magazine Back to Godhead (BTG) is meant to inspire Kerala’s highly educated and thoughtful citizens to see the world from the viewpoint of the non sectarian, scientific philosophy of Srimad Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam.
Some recurring features include lectures by Srila Prabhupada, tours of Indian holy places, interviews with Hare Krishna devotees, Krishna conscious perspectives on issues of the day, excerpts from Vedic scriptures, and tips on practicing spiritual life in the modern age.

Timeline History Of BTG
1944 – 14 February – Abhay Charan starts the English magazine Back to Godhead (BTG) on the auspicious Appearance day of his guru Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati. The front banner bears the motto “Godhead is Light, Nescience is darkness. Where there is Godhead there is no Nescience.”
